I greatly enjoyed its superior room with good internet connection, a comfortable bed, for instance. A hair dryer, guest toiletries, and bath robes were very handy.
No faults whatsoever.

This hotel has a beautifully decorated and clean room, including the bedroom and shower. I paid $201 for my stay. 😊.

Prestigious hotel.
Best possible position in the lovely area, just next door to the Airport and Downtown Casa, and another restaurant outside in the city.

Quiet.
Too far away from city centre. Difficult to get reasonable taxis. Only 1 towel set for 3 people; had to request extra. Breakfast moderate.

I have not seen a bad hotel like this hotel. They asked me when I arrvied to pay the room prise. I told them I am tired, and I will pay when I check out, but they told me that booking, com asked us to have the full charge at the check in!! I booked many times with Booked.net and I have not seen this with others hotels. One big problem with hotel was that they booked for me a room that was booked for another person!!! I didn't believe it? I don"t recommend this hotel at all.

i have nothing good to say about this hotel.
where do i start. on arrival the guy at reception was cocky and arrogent with me. firstly they didnt have ny booking at hand and made me wait around as if they doing me a favour to find it.... then after that dilema he went on to frank my credit card on a slip and demanded that i sign next to a blank amount. how dare he think that i would run away without paying the bill?? i refused to sign ofcourse, and a tore up the slip mumbling something under his breath. he then went on to say that I should pay upfront, which i did. my family was tired and we just wanted to lay our heads down. my word what a big mistake... the room was disgusting, the aircon didnt work... the wifi didnt work. when we queried they simply said the unit was out of order a

There is alot to say about this hotel which is rated as 4* according to the Moroccan Tourism Department while it should be 1*. Far away from the city centre, the staff is non professional , the breakfast is poor quality , my room was filthy ( broken furniture, dirty bedding, tiny tv, cockroach running across the room) , the bath room is the worst part as the bath is moldy, the shower curtain is covered of yellow stuff, the WC flash is broken , the shower head holder is broken. Shame that it carrys Zenith name .

First, the quality of room at too bad. TV not working, I asked many times to changes but they only promises. Second, the team at the recption is not profesional at all. Third, there is not wifi available and they suggest cable at 90 Dirham per day which is not indicated in the webasite of Booked.net. The prices of food is not all indicated in the menu and prices in some cases are exagerated. Really, I did not find any thing interesting in the hotel. They gave me a key for a room which is occupied by others. Never and never will stay again in this hotel

We loved this hotel! The staff were amazing, from the front desk to the cleaning crew - they were all very helpful and cute. The hotel facilities, particularly the spa with its relaxing pool, were great. We also appreciated the great transportation service provided by the hotel to the nearby airport. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of food to choose from.
Not obvious to find parking.
